We’ve been so busy lately, its been hard to even think about this blog, or even my art. We bought a new house April 30th, and repairs, packing, and moving have consumed our lives. Jacob developed an ear infection last weekend as well. He seems to be better, but he was generally inconsolable for roughly a week. My father-in-law has discovered he has prostate cancer and just began treat at MD Anderson in Houston. He’s going to be fine, but it’s still put a lot of additional stress on the family. Speaking of a stressed family, my sister is still out of work, and is getting low on savings, and my mother’s new puppy died. …and I think that’s about it. My art just hasn’t been able to be a priority. Of course, not having a space to work in, what with the move and all, has taken it’s toll as well.
